Eileen Mary Sparling,67 of Greeley, Colorado (formerly of New York) passed away February 28,2022. She was born September 15,1954 in Hurley New York, the first child of John and Dolores McGoldrick who proceeded her in death. She had two siblings Kathleen M Cole (Wiliam) and the late Michael J. McGoldrick.

Eileen was an accomplished Chef and Baker in the Hudson Valley before moving to Greeley, Colorado in 1994.

Eileen was loved by all; she was always thoughtful of others. She graduated from Garden City high school in Long Island where she grew up, Until the McGoldrick family moved to the Hudson Valley in 1978.

Eileen is survived by her sister Kathleen Marie Cole and her brother-in-law William L Cole of Hurley, New York.
